Recently, Hebei Machinery and Equipment Import and Export Company officially passed the ISO9001:2015 version of quality management system certification, and obtained the certification certificate.
The audit team composed of two experts from Hebei Evaluation Center of China Quality Certification Center conducted on-site audit and certification of the operation of our company’s ISO9000 quality management system on June 29, 2017. The on-site audit was mainly to verify the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the company’s quality management system.
During the audit process, the company’s documents and the implementation of the working procedures of various departments were checked by on-site inspection, reference to relevant records and documents and inquiry and conversation, and the work records of relevant departments and offices, internal audit conclusions, rectification measures and customer satisfaction surveys were randomly checked. Through this comprehensive audit, the audit team gave a high evaluation of the company’s quality control, record integrity, and process traceability, fully affirming the effective operation of our company’s quality management system. The audit team believes that the ISO9000 quality management system implemented by our company meets the requirements, the system runs effectively, and unanimously agrees to pass the on-site audit certification.
Through the implementation of ISO quality management system certification, our company has comprehensively standardized and amended the internal management system, further enhanced the internal communication of the enterprise, enhanced the social integrity, and laid a good foundation for the expansion of the company’s future business.
